6. Order Minimum and Product Availability

The minimum order quantity for eligible online sample and small wholesale orders is 5 pieces.

Different minimum order quantities may apply to OEM/ODM, private-label, custom-made, custom-packaging, and bulk production projects. These will be confirmed separately in writing.

Product availability displayed on the Website does not represent guaranteed real-time warehouse inventory.

All orders are subject to final warehouse confirmation after they are placed.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact the buyer to discuss the available options, which may include:

• Waiting for restocking or production;

• Replacing the unavailable item with an agreed alternative; or

• Receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

We will not substitute a product without the buyer’s approval.

No website availability statement should be interpreted as a guarantee of immediate dispatch.

7. Pricing, Quotations, and Orders

For eligible online orders with a chargeable weight of up to 5 kg, shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the destination and chargeable weight.

Orders over 5 kg require a custom shipping quote.

For orders over 5 kg, OEM/ODM projects, and private-label projects, please contact us through our official WhatsApp or email before checkout to request:

• Bulk pricing; and

• A custom shipping quote.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, product prices and standard website shipping charges do not include:

• Import taxes

• VAT

• Sales tax
